外泌體領域新進展!全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)順利落戶重慶大學醫(yī)學院

近年來,外泌體的研究熱度持續(xù)攀升,已成為當前生命科學和基礎醫(yī)學研究的一大熱點。數據顯示,在 2023 年國家自然科學基金獲批項目中,外泌體研究相關項目的總數近 390 個,立項的總金額突破 1.5 億元。


近日,Quantum Design中國順利將NanoView全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)安裝于重慶大學醫(yī)學院,并為用戶進行了詳細的儀器介紹和操作培訓。我們相信設備優(yōu)異的外泌體表征性能和Quantum Design中國專業(yè)的技術團隊將助力重慶大學醫(yī)學院在外泌體領域的研究取得重要進展!


重慶大學醫(yī)學院


全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)是一款無需純化、全自動的可對單個外泌體進行表征分析的全新設備。該設備能夠提供全面的外泌體表征信息,包括外泌體粒徑大小、計數、分布、攜帶蛋白表達、生物標志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。設備操作簡單,結果可靠,有效降低了實驗操作難度,提高了實驗效率。短短三年,在世界范圍內已有100多家實驗室采用該設備,包括了著名的哈佛大學、約翰霍普金斯大學、康奈爾大學、洛杉磯兒童醫(yī)院、麻省總醫(yī)院、東京工業(yè)大學、首爾大學、新加坡國立大學、大阪大學、北京大學、上海交通大學、西安交通大學、中國海洋大學、重慶大學等,發(fā)表SCI已超過280篇,其中不乏頂級期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal   of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
